Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

REYNA ("REYNA", "we", "us") operates a business SMS messaging platform available at smsreyna.xyz through which account holders compose and send SMS messages, manage sender IDs, contacts, campaigns, and account balance. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and the choices you have. By creating an account you agree to this policy and to our Terms of Use.

2. Data we collect

• Account data — your email address and the profile name you provide at registration, plus authentication credentials managed through our authentication provider.
• Messaging data — sender IDs you register, recipient phone numbers you enter or upload, and the content of messages you compose and send through the dashboard.
• Delivery metadata — for each message: timestamps, delivery status, destination country/route, and cost. Message content itself is retained only for a limited window so you can consult your history.
• Billing data — your account balance, top-up history, and per-message usage charges. We do not collect or store card or bank details.
• Technical data — IP address, browser/user-agent, and basic request logs needed to operate and secure the service.

3. How we use your data

• To provide the service: authenticating you, storing your senders, contacts, campaigns and history, and delivering the messages you send.
• To bill correctly: computing usage costs from real delivery outcomes and maintaining your balance.
• To keep the service safe: detecting abuse, fraud, spam, and unlawful use, and enforcing our Terms of Use.
• To support you: answering support requests related to your account.
• To comply with law: responding to lawful requests and meeting telecom-regulation obligations that apply to message transmission.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your message content or contact lists for advertising or for training any models.

4. Message content and recipients

To deliver an SMS, the message text and recipient number are necessarily transmitted to the carrier routes that physically deliver the message. This is inherent to the service. We process message content only to transmit, deliver, and show it back to you in your history. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for messaging the recipients you enter — see the Acceptable Use section of our Terms of Use.

5. Payments

REYNA is paid via cryptocurrency only (for example BTC, ETH, and USDT). When you top up, we store the payment reference (transaction identifier, asset, amount) needed to credit your account and to keep records for accounting and dispute handling. Blockchain transactions are public by design; if you send crypto, the address and amount are visible on the public ledger and we cannot alter that. We never ask for, and never store, private keys or seed phrases.

6. Data retention

• Account and billing records are kept for as long as your account is open, and thereafter as required by accounting and telecom record-keeping rules.
• Message content in your history is kept for a limited operational window (currently 90 days) and then automatically deleted; delivery metadata may be retained longer in aggregate form.
• You can delete contacts, campaigns, and your whole account from the dashboard; deletion of the account removes your personal data except what we must keep by law.

7. Sharing

• Carriers and gateway providers — strictly to deliver the messages you send (recipient number and message text).
• Infrastructure providers — hosting, database, and email-delivery vendors that process data on our instructions (for example our authentication and database provider).
• Authorities — where a binding legal request requires it, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of REYNA, our users, or the public.

No other disclosure. In particular, recipient lists are never shared with advertisers.

8. Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS), passwords are handled by our authentication provider and never stored in plain text, and database access is restricted with row-level security so that an account can only read and write its own data. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you as required by applicable law.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR if it applies to you), you may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Most actions are self-service in the dashboard (profile editing, contact deletion, account deletion in Settings). For anything else, contact us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days.

10. International transfers

Our infrastructure and carriers may be located outside your country. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

11. Children

REYNA is a business tool and is not directed at children. You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required by your local law) to create an account.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard or by email before they take effect, and the date above will change.
