Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and REYNA governing your access to and use of the REYNA business SMS platform at smsreyna.xyz. By creating an account or using the dashboard you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use REYNA on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. The service

REYNA provides a dashboard through which account holders compose and send SMS messages, manage sender IDs, contacts, campaigns, and account balance. We transmit your messages to carrier routes for delivery; actual delivery to a handset depends on carriers and recipients outside our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice for material changes.

3. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One person or organization per account; you may not resell access to the dashboard as a service without written agreement.
• You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction).

4. Payments — cryptocurrency only

The service is prepaid and pay-as-you-go. Top-ups are accepted in cryptocurrency only (currently BTC, ETH, and USDT; the supported assets shown at top-up are authoritative). Key payment terms:

• Credits are added to your account balance after the on-chain transaction is confirmed. Confirmation times depend on the network, not on us.
• Send exactly the quoted asset, amount, and address. Underpayments credit proportionally or are held pending; overpayments are credited as balance; deposits sent on unsupported networks or unsupported assets may be unrecoverable, and we are not liable for them.
• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by design. We cannot reverse, cancel, or recall a transfer you have broadcast.
• You are responsible for the security of your own wallet and for any network fees.

5. Refund policy — no refunds except real system failures

All top-ups and prepaid balances are non-refundable. Because crypto payments are irreversible and balances are consumed per-message, we do not offer refunds, chargebacks, or account closure payouts — except in one case:

• Real system failures. If a confirmed REYNA system failure causes messages to be charged but demonstrably not delivered (for example: a platform outage that drops messages before hand-off to carriers, double-charging for a single message, or a billing error on our side), we will credit the affected amount back to your account balance or refund it by mutual agreement.
• What does not count: messages accepted and handed to carriers but rejected or filtered downstream; recipients whose handsets are off, out of coverage, or block the sender; carrier-side filtering of content you chose to send; and any loss arising from your own misconfigured campaigns, wrong numbers, or duplicate submissions.
• Claims must be raised within 30 days of the affected messages, with the message identifiers shown in your SMS history. Approved remedies are credited to account balance first; a cash/crypto refund of the balance is possible only on account closure at our discretion and net of any applicable fees.
• Unused balances have no cash value and earn no interest. We do not hold customer funds in trust; your balance is a prepaid service credit.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use REYNA to send:

• Unsolicited bulk messages (spam) to recipients who have not consented or do not expect them.
• Content that is unlawful, fraudulent, phishing, or designed to deceive recipients (including impersonating banks, government bodies, or delivery firms to extract credentials or payments).
• Messages that harass, threaten, defame, or that sexualize minors, or content otherwise illegal in the destination country.
• Traffic intended to evade carrier or anti-spam filtering by disguising content, spoofing senders you are not entitled to, or cycling senders/numbers to dodge blocks.

You are solely responsible for the content of your messages and for having a lawful basis to message each recipient (consent, contract, or legal obligation). We may suspend or terminate accounts whose traffic generates carrier complaints, excessive undeliverable rates, or legal exposure, and we may be required to report unlawful use to authorities.

7. Sender IDs

Alphanumeric sender IDs are subject to verification and to the rules of each destination country. Some destinations silently rewrite or reject unregistered senders. You may not use a sender ID that impersonates another business or person. We may revoke sender IDs that generate complaints or violate these Terms.

8. Availability and latency

We target high availability and sub-second typical latency, but the service is provided without any uptime guarantee unless separately agreed in writing. Carriers may throttle, filter, or fail messages; delivery statistics in the dashboard are informational and not a contractual commitment.

9. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-compliant traffic, chargeback attempts, or where required by law. On termination for breach, remaining balance is forfeited to the extent permitted by law; on termination for convenience by us, clause 5 (refunds) applies.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, REYNA's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three (3) months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless REYNA against claims, fines, and losses arising from your messages, your recipient lists, your sender IDs, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard or by email before taking effect; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with a change, stop using the service and close your account.

13. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise. Questions and legal notices: legal@smsreyna.xyz.
